I argued a confidential policy verdict was missing a third state. One of the authors corrected me, and the correction is a better result than the claim: enforcement is one bit, and everything interesting lives in the reason code.
- Refusals need receipts
The agent standards wave is building proofs for everything an agent does. What an agent was stopped from doing leaves no record at all, and that silence is load-bearing.
- Assume the bad transaction: a policy gate for agent payments
A signer that will sign anything cannot be prompted into safety. The layer that helps assumes the agent gets it wrong and refuses on its behalf.
